Description
Our client, a well-established Tauriko based business is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Admin Assistant
The Role
This is a full-time permanent position Mon – Fri 0730-1600
- Managing the front desk and being the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls and dealing with email enquiries
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
- Maintaining filing systems and updating databases
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
What we are looking for
- We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator with at least 2+ years in a similar role
- Must be able to work autonomously and manage daily priorities without supervision
- Must have excellent people skills and strong English communication skills (written and verbal) as you will be the first point of contact for customers
- Must be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Must be IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office
- Must be professional in presentation and manner
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks including phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries
- Experience preparing documents, maintaining filing systems, and updating databases
- Must be reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
- Must pass reference checks
- Must hold rights to work in NZ
