Description
We are looking for another Service Coordinator superstar to join the team! Our current service coordinator is branching out to another role in-house.
This role is office based front desk, taking in all incoming calls, emails and bookings for our range of trade services; liaison with our trade service workers, customers, external agencies, and other companies we work alongside.
The role also involves assisting with a varied range of administrative tasks.
The position is Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm
Ideally you will be a great multi-tasker, very organised, have a friendly manner, a can-do attitude, and have a tidy presentation;
You can relate well to a wide range of trades people, external agencies and customers. You must be proficient in English speaking and writing.
You will be confident in the use of MS Word, and MS Excel as a minimum, good computer skills. Previous administration/office experience would also be favourable.
Training will be provided with this role.
