This position plays a critical role in the day-to-day running of our vibrant office, where no two days are ever the same. You’ll be at the centre of all activity, supporting our sales and property management teams, ensuring smooth operations, and helping us continue to deliver the exceptional service Harcourts is known for.

We’re seeking someone who can hit the ground running, showing initiative, efficiency, and the ability to multitask across a variety of responsibilities. Attention to detail and a proactive, energetic approach are paramount, along with excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong administrative and technical skills
  • A passion for improving systems, processes, and workflow efficiency
  • Marketing and social media experience, confident with Facebook and Instagram
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Professional presentation, initiative, and maturity
