We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients in a short-term role until the end of April, with the ability to start immediately.
About the role
This position is with a vehicle centre offering sales, repairs, servicing, certifications, and upgrades. From importing quality vehicles to managing maintenance, insurance support, and travel-ready upgrades, the team helps customers enjoy their journeys with confidence.
Your Role:
- Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling efficiently
- Support the team with administrative and clerical tasks
- Keep the front desk welcoming and organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Available to commit until the end of April
- Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
- Can start immediately
- Reception or customer service experience is a plus
- Insurance experience is a bonus
