About the Business:
We are seeking the full-time services of a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of Health professionals. The position is based in Hamilton and involves providing operations leadership to our Midland, Waikato and Tauranga Bridge Programme.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Degree and Registration in Addictions or related field i.e. Nursing, Social Work, Counselling or Psychology
- Proven experience in leadership of Residential and Community alcohol and other drug addiction services.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven Human Resources background
- Effective communication skills, able to deliver professional presentations to diverse audiences.
- Able to work within the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and have the ability and confidence to build and strengthen partnerships with Mana Whenua and community networks.
- The ability to work as a team member while evidencing effective self-management and organisation.
- Be contract literate, able to deliver measurable outcomes within time frames.
- Contribute innovative solutions that support retention and expansion of contracts and funding.
- Strong administrative skills including significant computer skills and report writing
- Experience in facilitating groups and in case management in the Alcohol and Drug field.

This role is permanent and hours worked will be 40 per week.
The starting salary for this role will fall between $125,000 and $130,000.
The starting hourly rate for this role will fall between $60 and $62
