We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual for the Assistant Store Manager role at our ST L UKES store.

This is a FULL-TIME position working 37 hours per week, on a Sunday-Thursday roster:

  • Monday: 8.45 – 5.45
  • Tuesday: 11.00– 5.45
  • Wednesday: 11.00 – 5.45
  • Thursday: 8.45 – 5.45
  • Sunday: 9.45 – 5.45

As the Second-In-Charge of the team, you will:

  • Lead by example and assist the Store Manager in performing various jobs and assigned tasks
  • Harness and promote teamwork and cultivate a culture around exceptional customer experience
  • Demonstrate and ensure that customer service is not an afterthought but an intrinsic part of the sales process

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting
  • The drive to achieve store sales budgets and KPI targets
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication skills to manage and motive your team
  • The creative flair for visual merchandising
