About the Role
The Bottle-O Wairoa is looking for a reliable and motivated Duty Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and consistent hours. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and company policies
Provide outstanding customer service
Supervise and support staff during shifts
Manage cash handling and end-of-day procedures
Maintain store presentation and stock levels
Requirements
Current LCQ qualification and valid Duty Manager Certificate (NZ)
Previous retail or liquor industry experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, honest, and well-presented
Ability to work evenings and weekends
