We're looking for an energetic Assistant Store Manager who enjoys leading from the front, motivating a team and driving results.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in running the daily operations of the store while helping to lead and develop a small team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be involved in everything from driving sales to creating a great in-store experience for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating a team of up to 10 staff
- Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building loyal customers
- Coaching and developing team members on the shop floor
- Supporting stock control, merchandising and store presentation
- Assisting with rostering, reporting and day-to-day store operations
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of retail experience, including leadership, ideally within apparel/volume retail
- A fun, positive and energetic personality
- A strong focus on customer service and team culture
- Confidence working in a fast-paced retail environment
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and drive results
- Full NZ Working Rights
