Permanent - Full Time (40 hours per week) Location - Mitre 10 MEGA Invercargill

Mitre 10 has been part of Kiwi life since 1974, and with the launch of our first MEGA store in 2004, we've continued to grow and evolve. Now, we're looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as Head of Drive Thru. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the future of our drive thru experience, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service for both our Retail and Trade customers.

About the Role:

As our Head of Drive Thru, you'll be the heartbeat of our drive-thru yard, leading a team of up to 15 people to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This is a hands-on leadership role where operational excellence, customer focus, communication and team development are key.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating the drive thru team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient stock management and order picking operations.
• Driving process improvements and maintaining high operational standards.
• Building strong relationships with trade customers and suppliers.
• Creating a safe, productive, and positive work environment.

We're after someone who:

• Has solid experience in the building or trade industry.
• Is a natural leader with excellent communication and people skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and forklift operation.
• Is proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about delivering results.

Roster & Hours:

• 40 hours per week (across a 5-day roster pattern)
• This role will include working one day of the weekend as well as weekdays
