This is your chance to join a busy, customer-focused store where no two days are the same.

Position: Full-time - 5 days per week including one weekend day.

What you’ll do

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the action:

• Lead and support the team to deliver excellent results daily
• Allocate tasks efficiently and keep the team accountable
• Train and develop staff, helping them grow skills and confidence
• Assist management with day-to-day operations and cover during leave
• Stock, rotate, and display fresh produce quickly and efficiently
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle queries professionally
• Manage product orders, stock takes, and inwards goods
• Process sales and support cash handling when required

• Physically fit — able to lift and carry crates up to 20kg
• Adaptable, reliable, and focused under pressure
• Proactive “get stuck in” attitude with strong attention to detail
