Sales Assistant/Bicycle Mechanic

We’re on the lookout for a salesperson/ bike mechanic to join our team. Whether you’re a hands-on workshop pro, a confident people person, or a bit of both — we’d love to hear from you

About the role:

Depending on your strengths, your role may include:

• Servicing and repairing bicycles to a high standard
• Building new bikes and prepping workshop jobs
• Assisting customers with bike, accessory, and gear sales
• Providing friendly, honest advice and great customer service
• Keeping the workshop or shop floor tidy and organised

About you:

• Experience as a bike mechanic and/or in bicycle retail preferred
• Passion for bikes and cycling culture
• Reliable, motivated, and a team player
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Confident people person
• Ability to think on your feet
• Able to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
