Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales support to all branch customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement and demand management teams
- Handle branch administration - including invoicing, inventory receipting, and credits - to Branch Performance Standards
- Operate a forklift to manage product movement around the site
- Complete all duties accurately, on time, and to high safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong trade customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset
- Full NZ Class 1 driver's licence with F endorsement (preferred, not essential)
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business performance drivers
- Practical knowledge of health and safety standards
