Love bikes? Handy with a spanner? We’re looking for skilled and passionate Bicycle Service Technicians to join our Evo Cycles crew in Lower Hutt. This is your chance to turn your mechanical skills and love of cycling into a full-time gig, working with the latest bikes, tech, and a team that’s just as into bikes as you are.

We’re looking for a Bicycle Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and treats every bike like it’s their own.
The Role: Take the Lead in the Workshop You aren’t just "turning wrenches", you’re the master of the workshop floor. You’ll own the process from start to finish:
- Diagnose & Repair: Full-spectrum service across ebikes, MTB, road, and everything in between.
- The "Expert" Factor: Provide accurate quotes and order the right parts to get riders back on the trail faster.
- Stock Mastery: Manage workshop inventory (inwards/outwards) to keep the gears turning smoothly.
- Customer Connection: Translate "technical" into "helpful" for our customers, ensuring they leave with a smile.
What You Bring to the Start Line The Skills: Proven experience as a Bicycle Mechanic (you know your way around a bleed kit and a derailleur hanger).
The Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving attitude. You don't just see a broken part; you see a solution.
