Checkout Operators

The Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers with a warm, friendly smile
• Operating the checkout with accuracy and efficiency
• Providing helpful, knowledgeable customer service
• Assisting with bagging, enquiries, and general store support
• Ensuring a tidy, welcoming checkout area

What are we looking for:

• Has a bubbly, positive personality
• Enjoys engaging with people
• Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service
• Is reliable, punctual, and a great team player
• Has a great smile and friendly attitude
• Can work well under pressure and stay calm during busy times
• Retail or checkout experience is a bonus — but not essential!
