Evo Cycles is looking for a full-time Stock and Sales Crew Member to join our team in Rosedale on the North Shore. This unique hybrid role offers the best of both worlds: the precision of inventory management and the excitement of retail sales.

The Role: As a key player in our crew, you’ll be the bridge between our inventory and our customers. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and varied, including:

• Shimano Specialist (Stock): Receiving daily Shimano orders, managing high-tech inventory, and accurately dispatching stock to our customers.
• Showroom Excellence (Sales): Helping customers in the showroom find the perfect bikes and accessories while delivering a high standard of service.
• Merchandising: Keeping the showroom looking world-class by ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are "gram-worthy."
• Logistics & Flow: Ensuring orders move out the door quickly and efficiently so riders can get back on the trails.

What You Bring: We’re looking for someone who is proactive and loves a bit of variety. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• A Keen Eye for Detail: You’re organised and can manage stock levels and shipping with accuracy.
• Retail Flair: You enjoy talking to people and have a passion for providing a top-tier customer experience.
• Product Interest: A genuine interest in bicycle tech (especially Shimano) is a massive plus!
• Energy and Hustle: You’re happy being on your feet, whether you're unloading a shipment or assisting a customer on the floor.
• Great Communication: You can coordinate effectively with our warehouse, showroom, and other stores.
• The role involves driving so you'll need a full clean drivers license
