Retail Assistant

We are looking for motivated and reliable Retail Assistants to join our team. While this role is primarily based in our online department, cross training will be required in our other dry goods departments.   

In this role, you will help manage our online orders and ensure customers receive excellent service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing online customer orders accurately 
• Processing orders through our online system 
• Ensuring products are packed safely and ready for collection or delivery 
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area 
• Providing friendly customer service when required 
• Helping ensure orders are completed on time

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work in other departments when required
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Hours* Position 1- Tuesday to Saturday 6am to 3pm

• Position 2- Sunday to Thursday 6am to 3pm
• Position 3 - Wednesday to Saturday 4pm - 9pm
• Position 4 - Tuesday to Saturday 1pm - 8pm
