Evening Team Supervisor

Evening Team Supervisor At PAK n SAVE Cameron Road we are a highly motivated values-based team, dedicated to providing a sweet as experience for our customers every day. We are looking for an evening team supervisor to help us deliver fresh as products at a cheap as price, while motivating and inspiring our team. In this role you will be responsible for the leading the evening team in safe efficient movement of stock from storage to shelf to ensure products are available for our customers. This requires manual stock handling for shelf replenishment and presentation standards across the grocery aisles, as well as the chilled and frozen displays while maintaining team productivity and store standards. If you have leadership and grocery experience and want to work in an enthusiastic and driven team who values great culture, this could be the role for you.

Hours of work are 1.00pm to 10.00pm 5 days a week including one weekend day (42.5 hours per week).

The role requires:

• Previous Grocery experience and Leadership experience
• Excellent understanding of Health and Safety
• Team work
• Strong leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Enjoy being hands on and getting involved with the team and operations
• The right to work in New Zealand
