Applianceplus SALES ROLE

Applianceplus is a locally owned and operated family business which has stores not only in Tauranga but also through out New Zealand. With the National group's support office based in Whakatane we pride ourselves on retaining our local style of business in our local communities along with bringing big town products and prices to our towns.

We are looking for the right person to join our team as a full time sales role on a 32+ hour per week roster in our Tauranga Applianceplus appliance retail store.

Bringing big town prices to our community and “Keeping it Local” (our company motto) along with growing our towns is what we stand for and if this is something you are also passionate about then this could be the job for you.

If you :-

• Are great with people
• Self motivated in themselves as well in a team
• Have experience in a customer service style of role already
• Have experience on a computer
• Good understanding of English verbal, reading and writing
• Can work with numbers
• Have a positive and proactive attitude
• Enjoy helping people.
• Knows how to identify the needs for our customers
• Physically fit and able to meet the manual handling requirements of the role, including lifting loads up to from floor to waist height"
• Can demonstrate a commitment to “good old fashioned service”.

This role is a full time role 32+ hours per week.

This position does include a shared weekend work on a roster. Above all we are looking for someone with the right attitude who can work in a team environment.
