Bakery Assistant & Butchery Knife Hand / Packer

This is a split role across our bakery and buthcery departments, consisting of 35 hours per week. Perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, learning new skills, and being part of a high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing:

Bakery (2 days):

*Assisting with daily bakery production *Preparing and packaging fresh products *Merchandising and keeping displays full and appealing *Maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards

Butchery (2 days): *Meat packing and tray prep *Basic knife work (training provided if needed) *Assisting the butchery team with daily tasks *Ensuring product quality, presentation, and hygiene standards

What we’re looking for:

*Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic *Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet *A team player with a positive attitude *Willingness to learn (knife skills a bonus but not essential) *Previous supermarket, bakery, or butchery experience is a plus
