One enthusiastic, customer-focused superstar to join our Hornby branch.30+ hours per week. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and assisting customers, and building strong, lasting relationships.

• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Assist front-line cashiers as needed, ensuring smooth operations at the checkout. - Support shop maintenance and collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and other departments as required Requirements

• Outgoing personality with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards of service.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
