Online Shopper / Chilled Foods Assistant

We are seeking a self-motivated person to join our Online Shopping and Chilled Foods team working 40 hours per week Tuesday to Saturday. This will be split 4 -days Online Shopper and 1-day Chilled Foods Assistant.

Qualifications, experience, skills and attributes required for this role:

• Ensure operational excellence is achieved for all online shopping orders
• Physically Fit - lifting and stacking crates full of shopping items
• Ensure items are picked, packed, processed and invoiced efficiently and accurately
• Ensure the responsible sale of restricted items
• Work stock and filling of the chilled department
• Provide an excellent level of customer service focusing on providing the best customer experience possible
• Strong work ethic, dedicated, reliable, honest and be an excellent team player
• Confidence, initiative and maturity to work unassisted and make excellent product decisions for customer
• Confidence using computers, tablets and other technology
• Supermarket / retail experience is advantageous but not essential
• Adaptable and willing to do a variety of tasks
• Driver’s license required - Comfortable driving a Van (Automatic)
