Trade & Builder Sales Consultant

Ideal Flooring is a fast-growing flooring and interiors company based in Hamilton. We specialise inflooring supply and installation for residential builders, developers, and renovation projects across the Waikato region.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivatedTrade & Builder Sales Consultantto join our team. About the Role

This is a mixed role involvingbuilder relationship development and showroom sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with builders and construction companies
• Visiting building sites and maintaining builder accounts
• Assisting customers in our showroom
• Preparing quotes and following up enquiries
• Helping clients select flooring products for their projects
• Working closely with our installation team to deliver projects

Working Monday- Friday + Rostered Saturdays What We're Looking For

• Sales experience preferred (flooring, construction, or trade industry is a bonus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries
• Full driver's licence

Existing relationships withWaikato builders or construction companieswould be highly advantageous. What We Offer

• Base salary +Uncapped commission structure
• OTE $70,000 – $120,000+ depending on performance
