We're looking for a driven, customer service team member to join our hardworking and supportive Hardware team at Mitre 10 Mega Ruakura.

???   What You'll Do:

• Provide helpful, hands-on service to customers looking for advice on our range of Hardware products, from power tools to ladders, nuts and bolts to letterboxes.
• Maintain high standards around levels of stock and merchandising.
• Assist with general tasks in the Hardware area, including merchandising, tidying, and customer service.

These skills are a big plus – but if you're enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn, we're more than happy to provide training and support to help you grow into the role.

• Hardware and tool knowledge – you understand the basic needs in relation to products and what customers are looking for
• Attention to detail – you take pride in your work
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
• Physically fit – this is an active, hands-on role

?? Hours:

Reporting to the Hardware Supervisor this role is 16 hours per week, worked across Sunday and Monday
