* Salary:** $70k per annum, inclusive of KiwiSaver
* Bonuses:** Performance-based and achievable with strong sales
* Roster:** Tuesday-Saturday, 38-40 hours/week
* Team:** Lead a small, close-knit team of up to 5 staff

Your Role:**
* Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver memorable customer experiences
* Take ownership of all store operations, including stock, merchandising, and daily routines
* Track sales, KPIs, and team performance to drive success
* Ensure the store is beautifully presented and welcoming at all times
* Build genuine, personalised connections with each customer
* Uphold grooming, uniform, and presentation standards
Who You Are:**
* A confident, polished retail leader with experience in boutique, lifestyle, or premium brands
* People-focused, approachable, and passionate about mentoring a team
* Organised and operationally strong, able to manage a store independently
* Committed to creating exceptional customer experiences and achieving results
* Enthusiastic about the brand, products, and making a difference in-store
