An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a premium fashion pop-up store opening at Auckland International Airport. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, high-profile retail environment, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving strong commercial results.
This position is offered on a 6-month fixed-term basis, with the potential to continue longer-term based on performance and business needs.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's success - leading from the front, inspiring a small team, and ensuring brand standards are upheld at all times. You'll balance operational excellence with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily store operations
- Coach, develop, and motivate a small team
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation
- Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience
- Manage rostering, stock flow, and reporting
About You
- Proven Store Manager experience within fashion or premium retail
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Commercially minded and confident working to sales targets and KPIs
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Polished, professional presentation aligned to a premium brand
- Customer-focused with a passion for styling and service
What's On Offer
- Salary: $65,000-$70,000 per annum
- Tuesday-Saturday roster with flexibility across shifts
