We are seeking a dedicated and culturally knowledgeable Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our authentic Indian grocery store. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from managing opening/closing procedures and point-of-sale financial reporting to supervising and training a diverse team of floor staff. A major focus of the position involves meticulous Inventory and supply chain management**, where you will coordinate with international and local vendors to procure specialty South Asian goods—including bulk grains, lentils, and seasonal festival items—while ensuring the freshness of produce and dairy. You will also drive sales through creative merchandising of "combo deals" and seasonal displays, all while providing high-touch customer service that requires a deep understanding of Indian culinary brands and traditions. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of retail management experience, and the physical stamina to manage a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
