Re:Circle is a new concept in New Zealand. We currently have stores in Auckland and Hamilton. We're expanding into several other locations, including the northern areas of Auckland (Whangaparāoa), in the near future.
What is Re:Circle?
Imagine TradeMe or Facebook Marketplace, but in real life. Add a bit of Kmart or Farmers, and you have Re:Circle. We're a Scandinavian Re:Use Market where individuals can rent a stall to sell their items and, in turn, make extra income in line with sustainable values. Re:Circle takes care of all the selling - 7 days a week - and through our unique approach, we make it extremely easy for our sellers. If you want to shop, browse our shops like any other shop. On average, there are 15.000 items in the store across 250 stalls. All unique finds, as you would spot at your local Sunday market.
A position at Re:Circle as a store manager is for you if:
- You love dealing with customers in a double-sided concept (both sellers and shoppers)
- You are into sustainability and the circular economy
- You want to do your part in reducing overconsumption and the typical buy-and-throw-away mentality
- You love creating a community feeling
- You have an eye for second-hand shopping and trading, and are open to learn as you go, with no two days the same
- You would love to work at a start-up business that has big ambitions
