Store Manager & Sales Superstar

Villa Asti is excited to be offering a Store Manager & Sales Superstar position in our Napier CBD, Dalton Street store.

This person will be a lover of interior design & all things homely, they will run the store as if it were their own.

Retail experience is essential.

*As our Superstar Manager, your duties will include:

Performing day-to-day store management duties, whilst leading a small but very motivated team, providing memorable customer service & achieving sales targets. Also ordering for the store & displaying the store to our high standard.

We want to hear from you if you’re capable of: Performing the day-to-day duties of managing a retail store, managing and inspiring a small team of already trained staff, providing customer service that is above and beyond anything usually expected in a retail store, thriving on the pressure of achieving sales targets, whilst having the flare to layout the store for customers inspiration.

At this stage hours & days can be flexible or reviewed. Minimum of at least 30 hours a week. (Full time & Part time available)
