Description
This is a hands-on position where you'll be on the tools, leading a small crew of two apprentices and one carpenter, while the office team takes care of the admin and compliance paperwork. You can focus on what you do best - delivering quality workmanship on site.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading a small team on residential and light commercial projects
- Reading and working from plans and specifications
- Supervising and mentoring apprentices on site
- Coordinating daily site activities to keep jobs running smoothly
- Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety
What we're looking for:
- Current LBP registration (essential)
- Strong residential and/or commercial carpentry experience
- Proven ability to lead and manage a small team
- Site Safe or ConstructSafe
- High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
