Qualified Builder

We are a locally owned & operated Wairarapa building company specialising in residential new builds & renovations. We have a team of 7 and looking to add a Qualified Builder to the team in 2026 due to a strong pipeline of work ahead of us. Immediate start available.

We offer 4 day working weeks across Monday to Thursday, ensuring a good work/life balance for staff.

Must haves for this role:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry
• Must hold a certificate in carpentry
• Ability to be left alone on sites, train apprentices, read & interpret plans
• Team player
• Reliable transport, full NZ license
• Be able to drive a manual vehicle
• Good banter & ability to build relationships with clients, sub-trades and suppliers
• Full tool kit
• Vehicle to the right applicant
