At Framework Homes, we do things differently — and we’re proud of it. We’re always pushing to improve accuracy, efficiency, and communication, because great builds don’t happen by accident.

Over the past 8 years, we’ve built a solid reputation delivering everything from high-end architectural homes to pole sheds, landscaping projects and everything in between. Even with the challenges of the last couple of years, we’ve continued to grow — and now our workload is stacked.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a qualified builder who takes pride in doing things the right way, every time. Plans are followed. Technical details matter. Quality always comes first.

Our jobs are well planned, materials are organised, problems are solved before they hit site, and our office team manages client communication — so you can focus on what you do best: building great stuff.

Bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, a few tools, and get stuck in. Then we can all enjoy a cold one at the end of the week.

Where We’re Headed

Right now, we’re heavily focused on growing the new builds side of the business, with multiple homes already in design for clients. This is a great time to jump on board and grow with us.

The Kind of Work You’ll Be Doing

Ideally, you’ll have experience in some (or all) of the following:

New build architectural homes

Pole sheds

Retrofitting new windows into existing homes

Decks and fences

Renovations of all shapes and sizes

*41.5 hours per week 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday Knock off at 3:00pm Fridays

*Consistently high-quality workmanship

*A positive, polite on-site attitude

*Solid experience across all facets of building

*Confidence running jobs and liaising with sub-trades

*Physical fitness and strength

*Willingness to adapt and do things the Framework way

*Punctuality — and turning up fresh and ready to work

For the apprentice role, all of the above apart from the experience part (we will teach you everything you need to know)
