Sales and Estimation - Electrical Switchboards

BREMCA, New Zealand’s leader for Switchboard, Switchgear, & Automation Solutions, is growing fast. To meet this demand, our Hamilton and Invercargill operations are looking for outstanding individuals to take up sales and estimating roles and become part of our national strategic sales effort, committed in our mission to influence change and advance our industry.

The roles, located in both Hamilton and Invercargill, provide an excellent opportunity for the right candidates to accelerate their career paths, leading from the front and driving BREMCA into New Zealand’s electrotechnical future.

You may be in an existing sales or estimating position within the electrical industry or a talented electrician or engineer and looking for a progressive career path.

As a Sales Design Engineer within Bremca, the ideal candidate will have:

*A relevant electrical qualification and background *Experience in the New Zealand electrical industry *Knowledge and understanding of electrical distribution, switchboards & switchgear *Confidence, lots of energy and be self-motivated *Excellent communication and organisational skills *Proficiency in the use of digital technology and Microsoft Office 365 products

However don’t be put off if you don’t tick all of the above, we will provide the necessary support and training for those that can demonstrate the desire and commitment to get stuck in and develop their skills and knowledge.

The key tasks of the role will include:

*Identifying new business opportunities *Working with the national team to deliver on sales growth targets *Preparing and executing sales strategies *Building and maintaining relationships with customers, consultants and suppliers. *Preparing and submitting proposals and quotations for customers *Owning opportunities and delivering results
