The position offers a variety of opportunities in the residential roofing industry; we have a large customer base that covers everything from group home builders and Architectural builds to light commercial and industrial projects. We have roles available for both experienced team leaders and junior entry level roles for keen young guys that are wanting to learn a trade and create a career for themselves.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• A high level of workmanship to relevant NZ Building codes.
• May involve training keen apprentices.
• Representing the Ironclad brand proudly.

We have positions available in Tauranga servicing the wider BOP ready to start in the new year, make 2026 your year!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Bay of Plenty based
• Have a sense of humour!
• Be reliable, trustworthy, and hard working
• Have good communication and people skills
• Gutter and Fascia skills would be an added bonus.
• Own their own tools or a starter kit to build on. (Apprentices this does not apply).
