This hands-on role involves delivery driving locally and to Wellington, primarily transporting kitchen cabinetry and joinery products to project sites. If you're a confident manual Class 2 driver, physically fit, and enjoy a mix of driving and practical work, this could be a great opportunity with potential for long-term employment.
Role Overview:
- C2 Driving (local runs and runs around the North Island)
- Preparing and loading trucks (with a forklift if you have the license and experience)
- General factory assistance is required when the runs are not busy.
Requirements:
- Full Class 2 licence required!
- Able to drive manuals
- Physically fit due to the size and weight of the product (heavy joinery/kitchen cabinetry)
- A forklift licence is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience is ideal, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are more important!
Days & Hours:
Typically 5 am (or 7 am) - 5 pm.
Hours can range to 60+ per week.
