Description
*** PICK-UP ONLY PLEASE - THE SIGN IS IN ONEHUNGA, AUCKLAND ***
Here's something a little unusual - a giant "O" that, I'm guessing, once made up part of an old 1970s-era New World supermarket logo above the door.
It's a bit dusty and scuffed in places, but the patina makes it even better. And overall, it has really held those vibrant red and white colours well over time.
At 1.5m wide x 1.2m high, it's big enough to make a statement wherever you choose to display it. This has been a cool conversation piece on my office wall for the last few years, but I'm downsizing and moving cities and just don't have the space anymore.
Company name starts with 'O'? Your own name starts with 'O'? Really appreciate a good circle shape? Happy bidding!
*** Please note the "O" needs to have been pick-up by Wednesday, July 30th. If you can't make that deadline, please don't bid! ***

Hi. does it still light up? scorpioncrab (59 • 10:40 am, Tue, 22 Jul )Hi there. No, there's no wiring etc inside it... camzoom (512 • Tuesday, 22 July 2025 )Or is it a solid letter...? could you please show a photo of the back side? cheers scorpioncrab (59 • 10:41 am, Tue, 22 Jul )... I have added a picture of the back. It's fiberglass (I think). Actually quite light in weight - so easy to hang on a wall - but just quite big! Cheers. camzoom (512 • Tuesday, 22 July 2025 )Seller added 1 photo Seller comment Tuesday, 22 July 2025 will you deliver at my expense que14 (109 • 11:40 am, Wed, 23 Jul )No sorry, this will be pick-up only. I’m moving house, so am already spinning enough plates! Thanks for your interest. camzoom (512 • Wednesday, 23 July 2025 )Do you have any other letters from the sign? flosss (206 • 6:47 pm, Wed, 23 Jul )Haha, I wish! The guy I bought the "O" off about five years ago had an "E" and a "W" as well, but I was after the "O" in particular (and available wall space wouldn't have accommodated all three). Also "WOE" also didn't seem like the most positive message to send out to the world. :-) camzoom (512 • Wednesday, 23 July 2025 )
