Vintage PHILIPS Model 461, manufactured in 1948. 6 valves. Stunning maroon/brown bakelite cabinet still in remarkable condition after 76 years. Just returned from being serviced and goes remarkably well, picking up many stations. A further amazing feature is the glass protruding dial is complete with no cracks or chips. Enthusiasts who know this model will confirm that the glass dial was prone to being knocked and easily broken, but not on this absolute treasure. The cabinet is almost as new with only minor marks but NO CRACKS or CHIPS. Original knobs and grill cloth. Dial lights go. A great radio to add to any collection. Will be carefully packed for delivery.
