Greetings, here we have an antique Edison Cylinder Record player.

I have had this for a short time, but it is above my station to restore it. When I wind it up you can hear the mechanics working however the cylinder itself is not rolling so I believe the band that drives it needs replacing. Also, the label says no horn, these can be easily obtained offshore, and that it requires a reproducer.

The patent dates suggest no later than 1906 so predates the amberola by a couple of years.

Overall condition is good with a small piece of veneer missing om the lid/top, and a small piece of wood missing uber the top, both shown in photos.

I do not know the delivery costs as it is quite heavy but can promise you once packed that the delivery charges will be exact.

Listed with a start of $350.00 which is also the reserve, these are not often seen on Trade Me.
