Measurements: Settee _ H 79cm, Total W1.6m, seat W is 1.23m; & D 57cm Bed folded out _ L 1.73m W 1.23m Chair _ H72cm, W82cms, just seat W49.5cm; D 55cm Settee height slightly higher to accommodate bed design.

It's a reluctant list but must downsize!! Lovely compact 1920/30's Settee + armchair. It would suit a cottage/vintage/retro setting... & bonus.. the settee houses what could be 'the' original fold out bed! It's a great piece of furniture design for it's day! The lovely deep crimson colour is gorgeous, with sought after Golden Harvest Wheat Sheaf design.

The set is in great solid original condition for it's age with a tough textural upholstery material & crimson leather?like back & sidings to pieces. As found, Settee has some minor scuffs & a small hole on backing, but this sits against wall (see pics).

The settee padding is a bit bobbly and dips a bit at one end. Re-pad end or use as is with a cushion. I found the original bed a bit firm, so added a foam mattress piece on top for sleeping, which made all the difference. Ask Q's for any more info. Cheers!
