The original coil springs in the seat and wooden oak arms and feet have been preserved and are in excellent condition. The new foam padding in the seat, back lumbar and head rest provide excellent comfort and support - along with the footrest/ottoman which furnish a great seating posture. The set has been reupholstered in high-quality James Dunlop fabric & Vinyl by Davidson Upholstery (See Google and Facebook) Be assured, we also have a 2 years guarantee on workmanship, upholstery, and components. Also, just to note, the ottoman was converted from another chair. The back part of the frame was removed leaving only the seat base which contains all the same seating components and new seating foam as the chair.
