Fine Mid-Century Sideboard in Striking Rosewood

Combining functionality with good looks, this refined minimalist sideboard features beautifully matched rosewood doors and drawers in a stunning matched pattern.

Rosewood is a protected wood in many countries, and finding these sideboards is becoming harder and harder.

On the right-hand side are five beautifully made sliding drawers (featuring flush recessed finger pulls) with incredibly useful storage within. The top one is felt lined for precious objects. Storage doesn’t get more beautiful than this!

The sole reason for selling this beautiful and useful piece is downsizing.

Condition: Good vintage condition, and very well made. Signs of wear are consistent with its age but do not detract from its good looks. The veneer on one of the doors has a small patch of wear at the top which isn’t overly noticeable (at least I didn’t for some time) – please see detailed photos. All drawers are smooth to open and close. Overall – it’s a very handsome piece and I’d buy it again.
