Up for consideration is this very tidy Carving set, made by the prestigious Sheffield Cutler Company Wingfield and Rowbotham.

The original Box as you can see is tattered in a couple of places, The Huge Carving Knife and Fork are in very nice order. The Knife I don't think has ever been used, any smears you may see in the Photos will be Renaissance Wax. The Knife is scary sharp as the factory edge is so thin. The Forks Hand guard works perfectly - again, I really don't think this set was ever used, if it was it was used carefully as it doesn't tell the tale of being used.

The french Ivory Handles are in perfect order, this is just a very neat old set.

the Knife is a big one total length is just over 13 & 1/2 inches long, the blade being just under 9 & 1/2 inches long.
