A cute cuddly bear, standing 13cm high this 2-part mold is made from stamped steel, hand-tinned by a tinsmith. The treasure dates to the early 1900’s and was manufactured by the German firm of master mould makers Anton Reiche Dresden. Reiche was the grandfather of metalware and metalwork in his era until his factory was bombed by the Allies in WW2 battles.

Vintage antique metal with age marks on exterior and beautiful patina. Seams align; designed to be clipped or tied when filling. Condition inside is moderately shiny but showing signs of tarnishing, not unexpected give the age.

Potentially suitable for moulding chocolate or candy for the kids (but please verify metal prior to consuming) instead of toys, or as standout vintage kitchenalia / industrial décor. Also can be sued to make candles, wax figurines, chalkware ornaments.
