This is a large vintage glass ball fishing float.... Japanese.
This is a genuine Japanese long line float used by Japanese fishermen in NZ waters in the 1960s Part of a deceased estate of a Gisborne fisherman I recon its about 60 years old
It measures approx 28cm in diameter. Its in very good condition no chips Makers mark clearly visible It is a pale green colour with lots of air bubbles in the glass. It is very thick glass and it could be shipped but I would need to check the cost and specialised packing and cost Would prefer pick up Gisborne Could deliver Napier Hastings early June
