two million mark banknote issued by the Reichsbank in Germany in 1923. This banknote is a historical artifact from the period of hyperinflation in the Weimar Republic after World War 1.
Writing on bank- unsure what it’s says! Translated:
Reichsbanknote: Two Million Mark The main cashier's office of the Reichsbank in Berlin will pay the bearer this banknote. As of September 1, 1923, this banknote can be recalled and exchanged for other legal tender. Berlin, August 9, 1923 Reichsbank Directorate Anyone who counterfeits banknotes or acquires and puts counterfeit or falsified ones into circulation will be punished with at least two years in prison
