A somewhat unusual denomination for a banknote - this is a 3 rouble (ruble) banknote from Russia, dated on the note 1905.

It features Alexey Vladimirovich Konshin (AVK) and Yakov Faddeevich Metz (YFM) signatures, near as I can tell.

In reasonable condition for its age, it has two small holes, some folding, wear etc per the photos. Still, an otherwise good, complete specimen for your international banknote collection.
