A stunning rare antique Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) banjo barometer with a visible works dial and integrated thermometer. The intricate frame is finely carved from walnut or oak, featuring elegant flowing lines characteristic of the Arts & Crafts and Art Nouveau movements. The barometer face is adorned with bold lettering and enclosed under thick beveled glass. A number is impressed on the back, indicating manufacture details.

This piece not only serves as a functional weather instrument but also as a striking decorative statement. The barometer is in working condition, making it a wonderful addition to any period interior or collection of antique scientific instruments.
