Description
Interesting array of world coins, all more than 80 years old, many from the 1800s, and from more than 60 countries. Mix of base metals and silver content, some with catalogue values of $20+. Some less common places represented include: Belgian Congo, Brunei, Crete, Cyprus, Danish West Indies and Dutch East Indies, French colonies of Cayenne, Cameroon, Guadeloupe and Indochina, Malta (Order of St John), Monaco, Portuguese colonies of Guinea and Sao Tome & Principe, South Africa (Z.A.R) and Thailand (Siam). Silver coins include a 1930 Bulgarian 100 Leva, German Empire 2 Mark, Russian Empire Ruble, Dutch 2.5 Guilder and USA Half Dollar. I will not be splitting the lot but imagine if the successful bidder had the time, they could sell the coins individually and do quite well.
