Description
This is apparently a land grant. It starts "CAROLUS SECUNDUS" which is King Charles II so must be dated 1660-1685. It has been in our family for ages but I know nothing else about it and cannot read it. It is clearly a very old genuine manuscript BUT full refund guaranteed. Reason for sale: we are down-sizing to a retirement home. Pick up framed in Christchurch or taken out and sent rolled up by secure courier.
