It is constructed by stamping or punching out designs from a die pattern into the metal and then each components soldered together, This technique generally has aa higher degree of detail than solid cast pieces with prong set stones rather than glued. The catch at the back is soldered on and is a roll over catch excellent condition, circa 1950s
I would say it's silver plated copper judging by the black patina, 52mm diameter Bugger i forgot to take a photo of the back, will try and remember to add later
