Seriously rare, so much so that i found it almost impossible to find a relevant comparison, the best I could do is in the link below, and also in the book reference shown in images - because of its desirability and rarity this set features in many reference books or at least the dragon version does which is slightly easier to find

Har or Hargo creations was a US costume jewellery manufacturer that operated from the mid 50s through to about 1967. The mystical beasts such as the Dragons and Cobra's like this one were the most sought after by collectors due to the large detailed 3 dimensional forms using flamboyant colour changing fantasy stones which are actually pretty incredible when you see them in the flesh - this guy does not photograph well at all and is much better looking in person prolly cause of his fabulous personality shining through...

This one is in Fabulous condition, reluctant sale but time for someone else to appreciate it and let it out of its cage more than i have
